Water is a Human Right, UN says

DEUTSCHE WELLE –  With a clear majority vote, the United Nations General Assembly has approved a resolution to make access to water a basic human right.   Access to clean drinking water is now an official basic human right – just like the right to food and the right to live without torture and racial discrimination.
