Tinkering with Climate Policies Will Backfire, investors warn

EURACTIV – Institutional investors have warned European countries that repeated policy changes across the continent are discouraging investment in low-carbon technologies.  A paper released last week (30 September) by the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) identifies changing legal frameworks as the biggest obstacle to private investment in technologies needed to create the shift to a low-carbon economy.
