Thick Fog Hampers Navigation on Bulgarian Danube Section

The Bulgarian Executive Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube River has raised a warning for the sector of the the city of Svishtov due to the think fog which hampers navigation. The fog, which has formed just above the water surface, is a result of the combination of positive water temperatures and negative air temperatures.
