I’m somewhat surprised by the reasoning of Sergey Miller in the article “On actions of the Earth from Space Association Management”. In fact I’m one of the originators for founding the Earth from Space Association and I feel the need in discussions within the framework of specialized informal site for clarification of law in the area of satellite imagery in the first place! However this year I’m not even part of the Association Board of Directors, which after recent registration began its quite regulated and democratic life leaving doors open for further expansion and dialog! That said I’m not ruling out the possibility that in a number of issues positions of ScanEx RDC and Earth from Space Association may differ! I support the concern expressed in the appeal of S.A.
