Bulgaria – Approved to Trade Carbon

Bulgaria was again granted the right to participate in international carbon trading. This decision was taken at the12th Meeting of the Implementation Committee considering the obligations of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol held in Germany. The reinstatement of this accreditation will make Bulgaria eligible for inclusion in EU trading with quotas and units under the mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol. Read More
