CIBER PAIS – Broadband in Spain remains expensive and scarce. That is at least the diagnosis of the last report of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). In June, the Spanish broadband penetration is 22.2 connections per 100 inhabitants, below the OECD average (24.2), and is ranked twentieth in the list headed by the Netherlands (37.8 ), Denmark (37.3) and Korea (34.4).
