ALL AFRICA – In reply to my comment, my friend told me that it was normal for buses to be replaced because she pays taxes. Implicit in that reply is the view that the minimum the City of Paris and public authorities can do is to provide decent public transport and public services. The reply was somewhat not unexpected.
