icWALES – Investors and foreign farmers buy up Welsh land as prices rise 21%. Rural land prices have reached record heights. The latest rural land market survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors shows that they continued to climb during the first half of the year to reach the highest levels in the survey’s history.
