Transport Agency Proposes Two-tier Approach to Finnish Highway Maintenance

HELSINGIN SANOMAT – The better maintenance standards would apply to just over 3,000 kilometres of highway. Finland has a total of about 13,000 kilometres of main roads, and just under 51,000 kilometres of asphalted roads.
