Scottish Consultations Launched on RO and Hydro Planning

NEW ENERGY FOCUS –  The Scottish Government has launched two separate renewables consultations, with one looking at changes to the Renewab energy minister Jim Mather unveiled the documents yesterday (September 8), which aim to improve the development of renewables in the country. The first consultation concerns the Renewables Obligation (RO) and proposes combining capital grants with Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) for wave and tidal stream projects.
