NASA has awarded USD7.7 million in cooperative agreements to seventeen organisations across the United States to enhance learning through the use of NASA’s Earth science resources. The winning proposals in the Global Climate Change Education Awards illustrated innovative approaches to using NASA content in elementary, secondary and undergraduate teaching, and lifelong learning. The proposals emphasised engaging students in NASA Earth observation data and Earth system models, and providing climate-related research experiences for teachers and undergraduate students. Read More
