Bulgaria’s Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov and Economy and Energy Minister,Traicho Traikov, are opening Saturday the first stage of the building of a newelectric power substation on the Black Sea coast. The “Helios” substation is being built at the largest Bulgarian summer resort at Sunny Beach.
