BARCELONA REPORTER – The 80 km/h speed limit into Barcelona has cut pollution by 11%. The speed limit on access roads to Barcelona has lowered, by 11%, the amount of particulate pollutants PM10 and nitrogen oxide, since its inception in January 2008, to be added is a 3% additional decrease in the number of vehicles in circulation due to the economic crisis.  Read More
