Rosneft, BP Sign Framework Partnership Agreement in Davos

The agreement follows a $16-billion deal to jointly develop the Arctic Sea shelf and to swap shares, which Rosneft and BP signed on January 14. The framework agreement was signed by Rosneft President Eduard Hudainatov and BP Chief Executive Robert Dudley.
