BOHOL STANDARD –  This is not something unusual. Every year Pag-asa is accused of inaccurate weather forecasting. Even Pres. Noynoy Aquino, this early of his administration, has reprimanded Pag-asa for not telling correctly that Manila would be hit hard by Basyang.
