Nigeria’s New Satellite Moved to Russia

PUNCH – The satellite was manufactured by Surrey Satellite Technology Limited, a British satellite manufacturing firm, and it is scheduled to be launched into space in Yansy, Russia by Dnper, a Russian company specialising in satellite launch services. Abubakar said before the satellite, known as NigeriaSat-2, was moved to Russia in preparation for its journey into space, he had inspected its final testing in space.
