Statoil has signed two agreements for the sale of the major part of Statoil’s onshore wind power activities in Norway, enabling the group to focus more of its efforts on offshore wind projects. Statoil, through its subsidiary, signed an agreement for the sale of Statoil’s 50% stake in Sarepta Energi as to Trønder Energi Kraft AS.
