Brazil – Medium Range Experimental Rocket Launched

LE MONDE FRANCE – Brazil has successfully launched Sunday a medium-range rocket, intended for scientific experiments and reached an altitude of 241.9 km for a 18-minute flight, said the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB). The launch took place on the base of Alcantara, in the State of Maranhão (Northeast). The type of rocket VSB-30 has a flying range of 250 km and a load capacity of 400 kg, said the AEB.
