Ukraine’s president Victor Yanukovych signed into law a bill approved on 7 July by the country’s parliament, regulating the land cadastre in Ukraine. The new law cancels from 2013 the requirement to hold acts of ownership of land and is yet another step on the way to cancelling the current ban on the sale of farmland in Ukraine. Read More
