Danish civil aviation authorities have closed a sector of Danish airspace off the northwest Jutland coast due to ash in the air from Icelandic volcano Grímsvötn. The ban came into effect at 6am and will be in remain in place until at least 12pm. However with winds continuing to blow in from the west, meteorologists forecast the cloud to reach northern Jutland by 2pm. Read More
