British Architect Pleads: “Don’t spoil Helsinki!”

“Where am I”, asks British architecture critic Jonathan Glancey, 51, spreading his arms theatrically inside the Kamppi Center shopping mall in the centre of Helsinki. “Am I in Shanghai? Or Hamburg?
