Government Targets Modernization Of Agriculture To Create Jobs

The Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture Mr. Sugri Tia says government’s policies and programmes under the 2011   fiscal year for agriculture will modernize and harness the full potentials from the agriculture sector to create employment opportunities. Mr. Tia indicated that all agencies under the ministry are, therefore, being empowered and strengthened to meet their core needs of the sector.
