OANA – Iran plans to launch a remote sensing satellite in the near future, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Friday during a speech at a youth festival in Tehran Ahmadinejad said that Iran will send the first Iranian astronaut into space by Iranian calendar year 1398 (March 2019-March 2020).
