Taking the CO Out of Copenhagen

DENMARK.DK – Copenhagen should erase its greenhouse gas footprint by becoming a carbon dioxide-neutral city by 2025, according to Claus Bondam, the city’s deputy mayor for environmental and infrastructure issues, reports weekly newsletter Mandag Morgen. Bondam would like to present the first measures for reducing the city’s greenhouse gas emissions before the 2009 UN climate conference, which will be held in Copenhagen.
