Russia Mulls Construction of Armenian Nuclear Plant

NEW EUROPE – Armenia’s Energy Minister Armen Movsisian recently announced that Russia expressed strong interest in the construction of a new nuclear plant facility in Armenia that will have a projected capacity nearly three times exceeding that of the existing one, Armenia Liberty.org reported.
