Peru’s Congress unanimously approved a resolution on Wednesday that ratifies the country’s northern maritime border with Ecuador, state news agency Andina reported. Foreign Affairs Minister Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde said the approval of the resolution was a historical day for Peru.
