L’EXPRESS FRANCE – The ECER (European Cities Entrepreneurship Ranking) with Banque Populaire publishes rankings of the 37 most attractive European cities, in the opinion of some 4,500 opinion leaders in business less than 3 years old. A classification performed on five criteria: entrepreneurship, environment, support before and after the creation of financial aid. It gives rise to an average satisfaction score of 100.
