IODE – The State of Eritrea designated Mr Sammy Mahmud (Managing Director, Marine Resources Division, Ministry of Marine Resources) based in Massawa, as IODE National Coordinator for oceanographic data management. Mr Salih Hassan as been designated as IODE National Coordinator for Marine Information (Library) Management. More info on Mr Mahmud is available here.
