DPRK Leader Urges “great offensive” in Infrastructure Construction

Leader Kim Jong Il of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has lately called for a “great offensive” to boost the country’s infrastructure construction. The general secretary of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) made the appeal when inspecting a power station under construction in the northern city of Huichon, leading daily Rodong Sinmun reported on Thursday.
