Czech Republic Cracks Down on Street View

PRAGUE POST – The government of the Czech Republic has banned Google’s Street View mapping system. The move to blocked image collection was reportedly made after the government expressed concerns over the height of the Street View images. Officials argue that the cameras were placed at an angle that was too high and threatened user privacy by offering views above those of a normal line of site. Read More
