NOVINTE BULGARIA – Bulgaria’s Transport Ministry has unveiled plans to construct two “Rolling Highway” or “Ro-La” terminals, a combined system allowing the transport of trucks by rail. The first such Rolling Highway terminal will be constructed at the train station at the town of Dragoman in Western Bulgaria, which is located between Sofia and the Serbian border on the major European Transport Corridor No. 10.
