BARENTS OBSERVER – Road authorities in Murmansk have completed the upgrade of the 240 km long highway leading to the Norwegian border. In two months also the road leading to the Finnish border will be completed. The highway, which stretches from Murmansk City to the border station of Borisgleb has now been upgraded to Euro-standard, Vesti.ru reports.
