Greatest Risk of Flooding in Pori, Helsinki, Espoo, and Rovaniemi

The greatest risk is believed to be in Pori, on the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia and at the mouth of the Kokemäenjoki river. More than 20,000 people live within the area that could be susceptible to exceptional seasonal flooding.
