Trans-border Zone for Protection of Biodiversity Announced

The Angolan minister of Environment, Fátima Jardim, announced on Friday in Namibe Province that her department will create soon a trans-border zone for the protection of biodiversity, more precisely in the Iona National Park. According to the government official, who is on a work visit to this south-western province, a national directorate for biodiversity has already been created to work in Namibe.
