2011 Digital Cities Survey Winners Announced

The city and county of Honolulu, Hawaii, Olathe, Kan., Roseville, Calif. and Eden Prairie, Minn. received first place rankings in the 2011 Digital Cities Survey, according to the results announced on Wednesday, Nov. 2. The 11th annual survey spotlights the municipalities that best show how information and communication technology are used to enhance public service.
