World Universities Can Now Work with RADARSAT-1 Data at Unprecedented Prices

World university community since 2009 can outfit universities with the technologies of middle and high resolution remote sensing data reception (EROS A, IRS-1D, SPOT 4). In June 2010 the universities obtained rights to operate with RADARSAT-1 radar data as well. An agreement was reached between the Canadian MDA (Operator of RADARSAT-1 satellite) and the Russian ScanEx Research & Development Center, which outfits foreign universities with RS data reception technologies per a special program.  Read More
