Professor Andrew Watkinson (Director of LWEC), will be providing the keynote address highlighting the importance of this strategy to LWEC and its constituent partners. The focus of the day is on promoting dialogue between stakeholders and will be run as a dynamic ‘market-place’ to facilitate this. The workshop will bring together academics from a range of disciplines, industry specialists, policy makers and operational users to examine the priorities for flood risk research in the future.
