Online BIM Collaboration Webinar Breaks Down Barriers

  • Rating12345

On November 23, 11 colleagues around the world from GRAPHISOFT, Arktec, DDS-CAD, and Tekla Structures demonstrated the power of Open Collaboration without borders.  These professionals in Birmingham, Boston, Budapest, Helsinki, Madrid, Munich, Oslo, and Sydney used the GRAPHISOFT BIM Server to successfully demonstrate how Delta Server™ technology reduces network traffic to a minimum for instant and reliable data-exchange both within the office and over the Internet. With nearly 1,000 people registering for the live webinar, the greatest interest came from the Australian, Spanish, UK, and US markets.  Many of the participants were partners/owners in their own firms, proving once again, that BIM is the future for global collaboration without barriers.  Participants appreciated the global reach of the webinar and were quick to praise the professionalism throughout.  The general mood was summarized by one of the participants: “OPEN platform = OPEN mind!  Thanks for the presentation!  It was very helpful.”
