  • Rating12345

Objet Geometries Ltd. will showcase its latest advances in 3D printing at SolidWorks World 2011. Objet will demo a number of upcoming new materials featuring improved mechanical and thermal properties including true transparency, high-temperature resistance and the ABS-like properties of engineering plastics. Objet will also be presenting their new desktop family of 3D printers, the Objet24 and Objet30, designed to combine Objet’s advanced build quality with an affordable price tag starting at just 19,900* for the desktop and office environment.

“The materials that we will be demonstrating at SolidWorks World will pave the way for a host of new 3D printing applications in many more industries,” said Frank Marangell, President of Objet USA. “With the addition of our new materials, customers will now benefit from an even greater range of functional and thermal characteristics to choose from, including an ABS-like material with properties now closer than ever to engineering plastics, a clear material with true transparent appearance and a high temperature material.” Marangell added, “We’re equally excited about our recent announcement of the Objet24 and Objet30 line of desktop 3D printers. Companies can now get the same high-quality parts they’ve come to expect from our high-end 3D printers, but now at a starting price of only $19,900 for the Objet24. The Objet30 is also unique to the market in giving customers a choice of materials.” Read More
