  • Rating12345

November 12, 2015 — Beginning in August 2016, (subject to final government approval), the Faculty of Forestry is offering a new 9 month course-based Master of Geomatics for Environmental Management (MGEM). It was created in response to an increasing need for geospatial scientists in environmental management.

The program is designed for foresters, ecologists, conservation managers and other practitioners seeking to improve their understanding of geospatial theory, methods and application. Both theory and hands-on training will provide students with a well-rounded knowledge base in environmental management and advanced geomatics skills.
