  • Rating12345

NAVTEQ announces that NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns is now supported in Oracle® Database 11g Release 2 allowing better route selection based on time of day for users of the Oracle Spatial routing feature. NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns provides historic traffic speeds and time of day information derived from NAVTEQ’s robust traffic archive containing billions of probe and sensor data records, enabling users of Oracle applications to generate the best routes based on either the time of departure or the desired time of arrival.
