MULTIROTOR service-drone.com is Cooperating with OSRAM, Worldwide Leader for Lighting Equipment, and Presents a World First

  • Rating12345

The lighting specialist OSRAM is developing new applications and operation scenarios with the B2B market leader for professional drones, MULTIROTOR service-drone.com. Both companies are already working on completely new applications.

The worldwide newest development is a drone that now also includes a LED headlight besides the camera and, thanks to the OSRAM ZELION H LED technology, can now illuminate objects and areas with up to 2000 Lux.

For comparison: In a professionally illuminated football stadium the light power on the turf is not more than 1400 Lux. Even from a 120 meter distance, a very high light power of 10 Lux is provided. This equals the power of a typical street lamp of the newest generation.

Hence, products by MULTIROTOR service-drone.com combined with the OSRAM ZELION H LED modules can be used more precisely and more efficiently for disaster prevention, illuminating special areas, for crime solving, searching for objects or persons and for all situations that require good lighting.

In this way, MULTIROTOR service-drone.com expands its market leadership as the producer of professional drones with individual and completely scalable solutions.

About MULTIROTOR by service-drone.com

By selling more than 700 systems right away, the company, founded in March 2011 by Volker Rosenblatt and Dipl.-Ing. Oliver Knittel, has become the market leader in the branch of professional multi-rotor drones for industrial and institutional purposes. In the autumn of 2014, the company won the ARTIE innovation award for the MULTIROTOR G4 flight control and reached the top of innovative industrial applications with the newly developed surveying drone MULTIROTOR G4 Surveying-Robot.

The OEM partnership with the US company Trimble, world market leader in geodesy, exists since the summer of 2015. MULTIROTOR supplies Trimble with the surveying drone Trimble ZX5 and is thus the biggest manufacturer of surveying drones. In the fiscal year 2014, MULTIROTOR managed to double the sales compared to the previous year as well as to reach a six-digit record profit before tax as one of the few worldwide manufacturers of drones.
