MACOM Announces Teaming Agreement with Northrop Grumman for Radar Deployments

LOWELL, Mass. — M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (“MACOM”) (NASDAQ: MTSI), a leading supplier of high-performance analog RF, microwave, millimeterwave and photonic semiconductor products, today announced a teaming agreement that establishes MACOM as Northrop Grumman Corporation’s (NYSE: NOC) exclusive teaming partner for the development and manufacture of radar arrays that use MACOM’s active antenna technology to target a wide range of defense programs and platforms.
