Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research Selects SuperGIS to Enhance Spatial Data Quality

June 3, 2015 — Supergeo long-term partner, KISR, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, has adopted the latest SuperGIS Desktop 3.3 and SuperPad 3.3 to not only raise GIS work effectiveness, but also strengthen the efficiency of spatial information application and research in other fields.

KISR and Supergeo have worked together since 2010. With SuperGIS Desktop and its Analyst Extensions, Spatial, 3D, Network, Biodiversity, and Windows Mobile GIS data collecting application, SuperPad, KISR is able to integrate on-field data collection and post-processing for their spatial-related researches.

KISR is invited by Institute for Information Industry, Taiwan this June to participate the 5th KISR-Taiwan Institute Workshop on Advanced Technology Applications. With the lead of Dean, Dr. Naji Al-Mutairi, the Seminar will put emphasis on multiple issues as follows, Smart Transport, SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Healthcare IT system & Technologies and Energy Efficiency system & Technologies etc. The Dr. Houssam Al-Omairah, who is in charge of Science Technologies Sector is in company to visit Taiwan and to have a better understanding of Taiwan Spatial information Industry.
