Fugro-BKS Purchases a Vexcel Camera

Fugro-BKS Limited, a leading supplier of geographic information products and services, has acquired an UltraCamXp digital aerial camera system from Vexcel Imaging (a Microsoft Company). This new purchase will further enhance the digital photography capability of Fugro in Europe and ensure that the company continues to operate at the forefront of technology.  The large format camera will complement the company’s existing digital sensors and is ideal for city planning, national mapping and environmental projects. Alan Campbell, Fugro-BKS Managing Director, said “We are delighted to add the UltraCamXp to our range of airborne sensors.  The camera’s wide footprint is ideal for uninterrupted collection of larger areas on aerial survey missions throughout Europe, Africa and Middle East.” Read More
