ESDIN – How to deliver a European Location Framework

Experts from the ESDIN team, many of them members of the INSPIRE Implementation Rules Drafting teams, will present and demonstrate the results and achievements of the project. The workshop is targeted to Pan-European /cross-border geoinformation users, ESDIN reference group members, other SDI stakeholders and data providers
including National Mapping and Cadastral Agencies (NMCAs).

The workshop will present:
INSPIRE compliant solutions for the harmonisation of cross-border Annex I data;
Transformation parameters to minimise costs for data providers;
A web tool to provide users with an assessment of geo-spatial data quality;
An effective alternative to geo-rights management;
A working service for edge-matching national data at international boundaries;
Fully tested prototype WMS and WFS INSPIRE service.
