DataCAD Announces GrafiCalc Elements 2011

DataCAD Software & Services GmbH, a provider of technical software solutions for the industry, today announced the release of GrafiCalc Elements 2011 software that virtually eliminates mathematical calculations and tedious equation solving from the engineering design process. GrafiCalc Elements 2011 combines the disciplines of parametric sketching and automated graphical calculations in a single application that enables users to solve a wide range of design and engineering challenges while making informed decisions.   

GrafiCalc Elements 2011 is self-contained software that can be used standalone as well as in conjunction with Microsoft Office and all popular CAD application on any computer running Vista or Windows.  GrafiCalc Elements 2011 supports bi-directional DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) protocol that enables users to create graphical calculation macros to drive Excel based engineering calculations.  Conversely, users can leverage Excel calculations to drive GrafiCalc Elements 2011 solution models. 
GrafiCalc Elements 2011 is expected to set a new standard for engineering and design calculation tools.
