Craig Miller, M.S., Joins Terracon in the Denver Area

DENVER, Colo., September 17, 2015 — Craig Miller, M.S., has joined Terracon as a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and natural resources program manager based out of the Denver area office. In this role, he will spearhead business and staff development efforts to grow the company’s ecological and NEPA compliance areas.

Terracon has experienced a rapidly growing demand for NEPA, natural, and cultural resources services. Miller’s addition supports national growth into areas including wetland delineations and associated Clean Water Act permitting, threatened and endangered species assessments and consultations, wildlife and botany surveys, cultural resource management, air and noise studies, and NEPA compliance services.

Miller brings 25 years of biological and environmental consulting experience with specialized technical expertise in NEPA compliance, threatened and endangered species assessments, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service consultation, wetlands ecology and permitting, and wildlife biology. He has served as project manager, task manager, resource expert, and editor in preparation of numerous NEPA documents for land use planning, transportation, energy, water, and natural resource management. In addition, Miller has substantial experience preparing resource management plans (RMPs) and associated environmental impact statements (EIS) for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

He holds a Master of Science in wildlife biology from Clemson University, and a Bachelor of Science in wildlife and fisheries biology from the University of Vermont.
