Bluesky Purchases World’s First Fully Integrated LiDAR, Themal and Imagery System

Aerial surveying company Bluesky has purchased a state of the art airborne mapping system which includes a LiDAR and fully integrated thermal sensor and high resolution camera.  The system has been developed by Optech and combines the Orion M300 LiDAR, Long Wave Infrared thermal sensor and a CS-10000 camera.

TerraGo Technologies Inc., an innovative provider of widely adopted geospatial intelligence software solutions, has acquired the complementary software products and technologies of Manhattan Beach, CA-based Geosemble Technologies Inc. Terms between the privately held companies were not disclosed. Both firms are In-Q-Tel portfolio companies.
