Brazil – Course Teaches How to Use Satellite Images in the Media

Are open registration for the 1st Course on Remote Sensing in the media, coordinated by the National Institute for Space Research. The initiative is part of the programming EUsISSeR 6 – Meeting with Users of Satellite Images and Remote Sensing – an event the Division of Imaging INPE – to be held on 25, 26 and October 27 in Sao Jose dos Campos. The course is aimed exclusively at professionals (reporters, editors, photojournalists, photo editors, video editors, web designers, graphic designers, etc.).. The goal is to present basic concepts of Remote Sensing, allowing the participant to understand, prepare and use satellite imagery on journalistic productions, with the support of existing technology. To participate in the practical part of the course is required to carry a notebook. The complete schedule can be accessed at:
